Executive Board Nominations
The UT Alliance of Women Philanthropists is now accepting nominations for new Executive Board members. Complete the form below by December 1, 2024, to nominate a UT alumnae or friend of the University of Tennessee System.
Criteria for AWP Executive Board members:
- Contribute gifts totaling at least $50k to the University of Tennessee System through pledges, outright gifts and/or planned gifts.
- Commit to a three-year term beginning January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2027.
- Contribute at least $2,000 annually to the Alliance Giving Circle Grant Program for a total commitment of at least $6,000 per three-year term.
- Serve on at least one committee (communications, grants, membership or programming).
- Serve as ambassadors and advocates for the University of Tennessee System through education, discovery and outreach that enables strong economic, social and environmental well-being.
The Alliance was created in 1998 to raise awareness of the integral role women play in philanthropy at the University of Tennessee.
Mission: To educate, empower, and inspire women to be philanthropic leaders at the University of Tennessee System.
Vision: To empower the University of Tennessee in its pursuit of excellence as the nation’s leading land-grant institution by engaging altruistic women in meaningful philanthropic and leadership opportunities.
