Serving Alumni from Every UT Campus and Institute

Thank you for speaking with one of our UT students. We are grateful for your commitment to the University of Tennessee.

When you make a gift, you help students with scholarships, support our best faculty who inspire students, increase experiential learning opportunities outside of the classroom, expand technology for students and faculty, and provide for student emergencies and crises as they arise to help them stay in school.

Your Investment in UT

Since its inception more than 165 years ago, the University of Tennessee Alumni Association has been known for its outstanding service to its more than 422,000 members worldwide. By completing at least 24 semester hours (or their equivalent) at any UT campus, you are a member of the UTAA. Membership is free!

In the absence of dues from alumni, the University of Tennessee Alumni Association’s Fund for the Future strategically invests in academic enrichment programs on every campus in the UT System.

Your gift to the Fund for the Future supports:

More than 700 students have received a scholarship to pursue their goal of an undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree since 2014.

Every year, more than 30 alumni and faculty members, who showcase their passion for teaching and a commitment to public service, are recognized.

Last year, thousands of alumni benefited from webcasts, one-on-one career counseling appointments, networking events and online job search tools.

Seven students are chosen annually for a paid legislative internship in Nashville.

The UT Office of Government Affairs and Legislative Advocacy promotes a strong relationship between the Tennessee legislature and UT, while leveraging the advocacy efforts of alumni. To become an advocate, please visit advocacy.tennessee.edu.

UT Engagement Center

The UT Engagement Center is one of the largest outreach units on campus and employs over fifty students each semester. Each student receives more than ten hours of training and on-going mentoring while making calls. sending emails and text messages, and recording videos for donors.

If you have any questions or feedback, please contact our UT Engagement Center at 865-974-3118 or by email at engagementcenter@utk.edu.
