UT Alumni Association Career Coaching Program

The UTAA Career Coaching Program provides UT alumni the opportunity to connect with fellow alumni that serve as qualified career coaches at a discounted rate.

• Opportunities to give back to fellow alumni
• Promotional opportunities through career and professional development webinars and events
• Brand awareness on the UTAA website, Connect UT, and LinkedIn

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• University of Tennessee alumnus
• Proven track record for success within the coaching industry
• Availability to hold coaching sessions in-person and virtually
• Expertise of coaching on a wide range of career stages such as first-time job seekers, mid-career, career transition and/or executive level coaching
• Willing to lead or partner on webinars/events with the UTAA Center for Career Advancement

• Resume and cover letter
• Proof of certifications
• Details on discounted coaching session rate to offer University of Tennessee alumni
• Two professional client testimonials/recommendations

In addition, please provide one professional letter of recommendation from a colleague, client, coworker or supervisor – to be sent directly to AlumniCareers@Tennessee.edu from the third party in question.

Candidates who meet the required qualifications will be invited to a virtual interview by the UTAA Center for Career Advancement team.
