Red, White and You

The Knox County UT Alumni chapter invites you to this informative and enjoyable evening. Come learn how to evaluate wine and taste differences among the same grape produced into wine from different countries. You also will get to blind taste a $10, $20, and $30 Cabernet Sauvignon and determine if differences do exist according to pricing. Carol Costello, Ph.D., Director of the Wine Program at the University of Tennessee Culinary Institute, will lead a fun and educational program.

$12 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under (Before July 31st). Late Registration after July 31st and at the door cost is $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under. First 100 registrants get a free mini signature football provided by First Tennessee Bank. A barbeque dinner with all the fixin's will be served.
